Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you need to bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings from it. It's the single most important term to check before claiming any bonus.
Example: You deposit ₱1,000 and get a ₱1,000 bonus (x10 wagering). You must bet ₱10,000 total before cashing out. An x20 requirement on the same bonus means you need to wager ₱20,000.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While using bonus funds, most casinos — including panolo — set a cap on how much you can bet per round or per spin. Exceeding this limit can void your bonus and any related winnings.
Example: If the maximum bonus bet is ₱300 per spin and you wager ₱500, the casino may cancel your bonus. Always stay within the limit — typically ₱250 to ₱500 per bet when using bonus money.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all games count equally toward your wagering requirement. Slot games usually contribute 100%, but table games like baccarat or roulette often contribute only 10–20%. Some games may be excluded entirely from bonus play.
Example: If you have a ₱10,000 wagering requirement and play ₱1,000 on slots, that clears ₱1,000. But ₱1,000 on baccarat (at 10% contribution) only clears ₱100.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses have a time limit. If you don't complete the wagering requirements before the bonus expires, both the bonus and any bonus winnings are forfeited. Typical windows are 7, 14, or 30 days.
Example: A 14-day bonus credited on June 1 must be fully wagered by June 15. Any unused bonus balance disappears after that date.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky (non-cashable) bonus stays in your account as long as you play but cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings generated from it can be cashed out. A non-sticky bonus is added to your balance and can itself be withdrawn once wagering is met.
Example: With a ₱1,000 sticky bonus, if you turn it into ₱5,000 through play and wager requirements are met, you can withdraw ₱4,000 (winnings) but the original ₱1,000 bonus gets removed.
Maximum Cash-Out Limit
Even after meeting all wagering requirements, some bonuses place a cap on the maximum amount you can withdraw that was derived from bonus funds. Winnings above this cap are forfeit.
Example: A bonus with a ₱5,000 max cash-out means even if you win ₱20,000 from your ₱1,000 bonus, only ₱5,000 can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings.
Eligible Payment Methods for Bonus
Some bonuses are restricted to specific deposit channels. Deposits made via certain e-wallets or crypto options may not qualify for a welcome bonus. Always confirm which payment method triggers the bonus before depositing.
Example: A "GCash-exclusive" bonus is only triggered when you make your first deposit via GCash. A deposit through bank transfer on the same day may not activate the bonus offer.
Always Read the T&C Before Claiming Any Bonus
- Check the wagering requirement — lower is better. x5–x15 is reasonable; x30+ is very high.
- Confirm the bonus expiry window matches your playing schedule.
- Verify your preferred game type (sabong, bingo, slots) contributes fully to the wagering requirement.
